| Finally got fast roll Havels set and its pretty fun Posted: 02 Jun 2020 05:52 PM PDT After a whole game of leveling endurance until 81 I got fast roll with havels set and reinforced club. I'm now going through NG+ and just running and smaking everything without regards to damage. It kinda breaks the whole game but it is pretty fun to be this agile tank with the stagger of the club. It was pretty satisfying to beat them! I'm Warrior class using a Zweihander +5 and my stats are 11 Vitality, 12 Endurance, 25 Strength, and 13 Dexterity. [link] [comments] |

| Posted: 03 Jun 2020 04:33 AM PDT Just finished my first attempt at a very casual speedrun of DS Remastered (PS4). Managed it in 1 hr 50 without doing the Dukes Skip or any glitches. Really pleased with it and definitely recommend this to anyone; don't have the impression this is only for the elite players. In case anyone wants to try it, I largely used the method in this video, with a few tweaks. Worked great and very new-player friendly. [link] [comments] |

I'm currently using Astora Sword (the one I got near undead dragon) and I'm starting to think the damage is not effective since I have no twinkling titanite to upgrade it. I have beaten the Gaping Dragon and moonlight butterfly so I got access to divine upgrade. What do you guys think? Should I convert a weapon to divine? Should I stick with my current weapon? | Tip for new players: Sorcerers can get an easy +14 weapon in the very early stages of the game. Posted: 02 Jun 2020 06:43 PM PDT I'm sure most of you know this, but I haven't really seen anyone post about it. Getting a high level enchanted weapon is extraordinarily easy. Step 1: Choose the master key Step 2: Upgrade weapon to +5 with titanite from early enemies Step 3: Take the elevator to New Londo and go through the Blight town back door Step 4: Kill leeches until you have 10 green titanite shards. Don't worry, they drop 5 at a time. Step 5: Ascend the weapon to Magic using Rickert in New Londo Step 6: Upgrade to magic +5 using your green titanite Step 7: Open the Darkroot garden door Step 8: Grab the enchanted ember Step 9: Kill the Halberd Black Knight in Darkroot Basin (optional) Step 10: Use the blue Titanite chunk he drops to ascend your weapon to enchanted Step 11: Kill golems in darkroot basin for more blue chunks. If you leave the hydra alive it will kill the golems for you. Step 12: Upgrade your weapon to enchanted +4 with the chunks you got Step 13: Time to play the game. [link] [comments] |

| Did I Make Artorias Fight To Easy? Posted: 02 Jun 2020 02:13 PM PDT Last night i fought the sanctuary guardian for the first time and he kicked my ass with my +5 giant halbred. Well today I grinded a bit and leveled up a black knight halbred to +5, I'm lvl 85 with 50 strength and this thing just wrecked him. It only took 2 attempts and all his moves seemed really telegraphed and everything. Am I basically overleveled now? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 03 Jun 2020 04:10 AM PDT I got into dark souls because the first game was free for gold in xbox 360, i remember being utterly terrified of everything and even when I saw Solaire for the first time, I had my shield raised and was slowly walking toward him. I beat all the games multiple times and when I came back, I beat bosses way to easily it seems. Played through Artorias of the Abyss for the first time, killed Sanctuary Guardian on the first try, and Artorias like 3. Both I heard were difficult and great bosses and now I'm just let down. Man I forgot how "toxic" Dark Souls ReM could be when Im getting invaded in burg by guys that can one shot me with chaos weapons or getting chain BS or getting BS in general. Love the game but man ... PVP in this game is terrible. And maybe I played DkS3 for too long but it seems everything in this game can be easy mode parried ... did I forget or is something that cant be parried? [link] [comments] |
