Guys I just started playing and I can not figure out how to jump, I'm on Xbox and it is binded to ls
So I joined the Covenant of Champions to farm the skeletons in Majula, but they vanished.
Is hacking common in PvP? Thanks Dragon Remnants 'Selene'
So apparently a random rat in the Tomb of the Saints dropped Warmth
Can someone take me through drangleic castle to vendrick?
Early game weapon for a poison build?

I burned a bonfire ascetic (the bonfire is at level 9 now) so I could farm the skeletons in the Majula basement, but then I thought "well I don't want them vanishing, so I'll join the Covenant of Champions, it's literally right there." I went to go fight them and they aren't there anymore. I left the Covenant and they still won't show up.

Is there anywhere else I can farm human effigies? I have the crowns, but I want my fashion souls damn it!

I just had the odd experience of discovering what a Dragon Remnant is. It summons another player who can teleport around the map and kill you.

Is that a typical PvP experience in this game? It wasted about 7,000 souls and a few minutes so no big deal. But sheesh, I wish people would get a life.

Early game weapon for a poison build?

I want to try a poison build on sotfs, but I need a weapon to use early game until I can get the spotted whip. Any suggestions? Preferably something I could get in the forest of fallen giants, or early on in one of the four ways out of Majula.

About the movement...

So ds2 was my first entry into the whole trilogy/genre back on ps3.. Now i got sotfs after playing A TON of ds3 and ds1 (1 was for free in my ds3 copy) but idk is it just me or does the rolling and overall whole movement seem slower? I know in ds3 is everything a bit faster i just dont understand it anymore tbh (my bad only played 2 once so this is my second playthrough)

Would be nice if anyone can kiiiinda explain to me how iframes and dodgerolling works in this game. Thanks alot

Hello.

So, in this time of quarantine, I've decided I have got enough time to finally platinum a souls game, and so I started with Dark Souls 2 (the original version). I'm following one of those "Guide to platinum" playlists that I'm sure it's gonna come in handy. But, there's a detail.

This guide focuses on the SotFS version of the game, and I have 74% trophies already in my original version of Dark Souls 2 that I bought years ago. If I buy the SotFS version (not only because it's the guide's version of the game, but I personally want to try it), am I to keep my actual trophies? Or does it count as if I'm starting a whole new game?

I feel like this could be in a FAQ somewhere but I don't seem to find any help on the internet. Also this is my first reddit post. I hope anyone could answer my question.

My new favorite weapon

I just found the Curved Nil Greatsword and my god, is it a good weapon! Found it on NG++ so it's stronger than usual. I love this thing so much, it makes hard areas so much easier.

[SotFS PS4] Is it possible to edit/repair save files?

Been getting back into SotFS on PS4 - Currently doing a coop-focused (ymfah-inspired!) challenge build (Vanquisher's Seal + Flynn's + Sun Bro) helping people melt bosses in the first few areas.

Was summoned in FoFG while I was AFK. When I came back I saw an item on the ground with a prism stone, ~~what could go wrong, I'm on PS4?~~ so I picked it up. Of course, it was Mundane Binoculars+15. I immediately tried to drop them (as I didn't want to be softbanned), and my game crashes instantly. Power cycled the PS4 from the crash screen.

So, experimenting with my character, it appears to crash consistently whenever I interact with my weapons menu, specifically equipping weapons and box storage at the bonfire. Rings, and armor seem to interact fine (luckily? my fists are the only weapon I use). Can apparently still coop as well. Really bummed though, given the amount of farming that went into getting Vanquisher's Seal in my free time...

Anyway, is there a way that I can export+fix+import my PS4 SotFS save data? Thanks for any insight!

Espada ropera cheese

Is there any builds or anything to have the maximum damage including armour rings stats consumables or just anything that maximises the damage that my espada ropera does so that i can cheese bosses and idk why people say red iron twinblade is easy mode and all that in my opinion it does trash damage

Crown of the sunken king dlc

So i just beat the base game of dark souls 2 had a good time so i jumped into the dlc I had a hard time with the dlc enemies since they swarm you and do quite alot of dps But i got myself to the elana boss fight. I just keep dying to her especially because she keeps on summoning velstad, i can deal with the skeletons but velstad does quite alot of damage so i keep dying with her on 40% or less health any help? I tried summoning npc's but they don't do very much damage and keep dying to velstad or the aoe of elana

Hi all, I'm planning to build a powerstance dark caestus and lightning rapier, dark weapon for dark caestus, and sunlight blade for lightning rapier.

I'm thinking like this, caestus for armored/skeleton things and rapier for the rest.

30/30 Faith Int, a bunch of Vit Vig End ADP, and little Str and Dex.

this can be viable in pve?
