    What is the best point, in game, to do the DLC from a story perspective?

    Part of me wants to say you should do it after Aldias fight, assuming you get it. This is based on his way of talking about the 3 crowns, which is in the present tense. Particularly the Ivory king. "Still another slumbers in the land of snow." To me that sounds like the ivory king is still alive, so to speak. And ergo we should go find him. So it seems a bit to me, like Aldia is telling us to go find the crowns after we take/leave the throne of want.

    I did it! I beat my first souls game!

    After giving up on it soon after release, I recently picked the game up again. Finished it last night (after probably an embarrassing amount of hours). A few pain points but overall, I enjoyed it. I have now finally beaten all of the Soulsborne games!

    How am I supposed to fight this absolute unit? This killing machine has so. much. range. on his second phase that I dont know how I am supposed to fight him. Ellie isnt very useful becasue she just lunges into his explosion attack every time he uses it. Not to mention that his left arm is on a 360 degree horizontal swivel, catching anyone in the nearest zip code, and his unrelenting attacks that just do not stop. I do not have enough stamina to roll spam out of it, and even with a havels shield +5 and 144 poise my stam bar gets one shot non stop.

    I'm done ranting now. In all seriousness what am I supposed to do here? Right now, I'm running a +10 rapier, havels shield +5, smelter demon helmet, havels armor for the rest, life ring +2, second dragon ring, ring of blades, and the stam ring +1. This is not working too well for me. I like using ellie becasue it is easy damage when he has aggro on her, but she disintegrates in the second phase, and doubles his health.

    Like what is a good load out for this fight? I'm 45 strength, 22? Dex, 92 agility, 2k health,and 106 stam before the second dragon ring. Thanks for any replies, I am going to sleep

    The music of Dark Souls 2

    I feel like not many talk about the music of DS2 but I think it has some of the best sound tracks in the entire series.

    Don't get me wrong, the entire series has some AMAZING soundtracks (The Nexus, Firelink Shrine etc.) but the music in dark souls 2 just sticks with me and I end up constantly going back to listen to it every so often. The Fire Keepers, Longing, and Majula are some of my favourite tracks of all time. I feel like the Majula theme captures the overall theme and feeling of DS2 so perfectly, a lost, sad, hopelessness feeling. Not to mention that it's also an incredibly relaxing theme!

    What are some of your favourites?

    Im right now about to fight to the scorpion e-girl boss but i feel im not stronger enough i mean i do shitty damage to her. I am missing a zone or something????

    Also im doing a strenght build with the black greatsword i got it at +2
